Volunteering can offer individuals a range of skills and experiences putting something back into the community.
If you have thought of volunteering then we may be able to offer you what you are looking for.
We value and care for volunteers and have a range of roles and activities that Volunteers and local people can become involved in including:
- Becoming a Trustee
- Befriending Older people

If any of these roles takes your fancy then contact us for more information about volunteering.
We can provide you with the right training, a free DBS check, support with finding employment, extending your range of community involvement, or developing and learning new skills.
We will pay all of your expenses where necessary provide you with training if needed.
You can volunteer for as little as two hours a week.
We are especially keen to engage older people to become community leaders helping to support a range of community projects and events in your local area.
